Hydrosure O-3670R is a high-performance, single-stage chemical treatment formulated to protect pipelines and equipment from corrosion during hydrostatic testing, mothballing, and water injection operations.

This water-soluble corrosion inhibitor combines an oxygen scavenger, biocide, and film-forming agent to provide comprehensive protection:

  • Rapid oxygen removal to prevent oxidation

  • Biocide action to eliminate Microbial Influenced Corrosion (MIC)

  • Corrosion inhibitor effective in acidic (low pH) environments

Fully soluble in freshwater, seawater, and most oilfield brines, Hydrosure O-3670R is ideal for use in:

  • Water injection systems (without mechanical deaeration)

  • Pipeline hydrotesting

  • Long-term system preservation (mothballing)

  • As a corrosion-inhibiting packer fluid
