In 2020 we commenced developing a detailed Quality Management System, culminating in the implementation of a fully certified QMS system, conforming to the ISO 9001: Standard. Each year we are audited to ensure full compliance and adherence to this standard.
Oceanic Supply’s commitments performed under this Quality Management System provide our valued clientele with a guarantee that:
- Sourced Products meet the requirements as per the specifications and are accredited by at third-party certification body.
- Tests may be conducted by Oceanic Supply to ensure third-party compliance to the standard.
- Specific requirements for the above will be agreed between the Company and the Supplier prior to contract/PO award.
- Rental agreements to be in place confirming the acceptance of OS’s Terms and conditions. Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) will be created for rental equipment.
- As part of this Quality Management System we have developed a clear Quality Policy document to demonstrate that quality is the foundation of our company and is fully embedded in all our services.

Mission: Oceanic supply is a solution company primarily in corporate procurement. We have been supplying equipment and consumables since 2016 and have sufficient data to map out the E-commerce contents.
We have our e-commerce setup using ODOO but it was not the interface that we want and also we are having issues with Google Search Console to crawl on the website on certain products. Default SEO function is lacking. So I’d like to engage to resolve these issues.
We find that Building packages using our existing quotes might help to sell the product better. i.e we give a name of the package “Electrical Installation in a Bakery” – and all the products in an existing quote.
Vision: We want to increase our revenue in the ecommerce space at least 30% of our revenue. With the increase of market share, we feel like this helps to generate leads or at least make our company known to potential clients.
