The WIRELOCK Resin 500cc offers a reliable solution for terminating wire ropes using spelter sockets. Unlike traditional methods that require molten metal, WIRELOCK® is a two-part resin system that cures at room temperature, enhancing safety and ease of use. With over 50 years of proven performance, it delivers superior fatigue resistance and long-term durability in both static and dynamic lifting systems.

• Operating temperature range: -65°F to +240°F (-54°C to +116°C)

• Pouring temperature range: 48°F to 110°F (9°C to 43°C) without booster packs

• Booster packs available for lower temperature applications

• Gel time: Approximately 20 minutes at 65°F (18°C)

• Shelf life: 18 months when stored properly

• Color change indicator ensures proper mixing
