The Green Pin® Tapered Pin ROV Shackle D is a premium Grade 8 subsea lifting shackle engineered for release and retrieve operations using Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs). Featuring a D-handle and tapered shackle pin, it enables easier underwater assembly and reliable manipulation by hydraulic ROV arms.
Designed specifically for offshore and subsea lifting applications, the tapered pin simplifies alignment during installation, while the pin incorporates grooves for securing the pin to the shackle body using wire. The white shackle body and green pin improve underwater visibility, and the fully chambered thread protects lifting slings from wear.
Suitable for both inline and side loading (subject to applicable reduction factors), the Green Pin® P-5361D is available in Working Load Limits (WLL) ranging from 6.5 to 55 tonnes.
