OCEANIC MCW is a high-performance magnesium and calcium wash formulated to remove marine growth, calcareous deposits and scale from subsea structures and equipment. Its dense, acidic formulation is heavier than seawater, providing negative buoyancy that helps the fluid sink onto submerged surfaces requiring treatment.
Suitable for remedial descaling and scheduled preventive maintenance, OCEANIC MCW penetrates porous magnesium and calcium-based deposits, dissolving contamination and separating it from equipment surfaces. It can be pumped, applied by brush or used as a dip treatment topside, as well as deployed subsea by remotely operated vehicle (ROV) to reach crevices and difficult-to-access areas.
