UNITOR Cleanrig HP, commonly known as Rigwash, is a heavy-duty, water-based alkaline cleaner formulated for offshore rigs, vessels and demanding industrial environments. It effectively removes oil, grease, sludge, oil- and water-based drilling mud, dirt and grime from decks, tanks, engine rooms, drilling equipment and other washable hard surfaces.
The powerful surfactant system penetrates oily contamination and creates a water-rinsable emulsion for efficient removal. Cleanrig HP can be applied by spraying or other suitable methods and used undiluted or diluted with fresh water according to the type and severity of the contamination.

Apply the cleaning solution and allow it to penetrate for approximately 10–30 minutes without drying on the surface. Rinse thoroughly with water, preferably hot water, or use suitable high-pressure cleaning equipment.
Important: The concentrated product may react with aluminium, zinc, tin and their alloys and may swell some natural or synthetic rubbers. Always review the current Safety Data Sheet, confirm material compatibility and follow site procedures before use.
