Explosion-proof Marine Pendant LED Light - BDD95 Series

The BDD95 Series Explosion-Proof Marine Pendant LED Light is a heavy-duty hazardous-area lighting solution designed for reliable illumination in potentially explosive gas and dust environments.

Certified for Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas areas and Zone 21 and Zone 22 dust areas, the BDD95 series features IECEx and ATEX explosion protection up to Ex db eb op is IIC for gas and Ex tb op is IIIC for dust, with the exact temperature classification dependent on lamp wattage and ambient temperature.

The range is available in 60W, 90W, 120W and 160W LED configurations. Standard 5700K cool-white versions provide up to approximately 19,250 lumens according to Warom catalogue data. The luminaire uses an integrated multiple-LED system with CRI ≥80 and a high-efficiency CC-CV driver with power factor ≥0.95.

Built for harsh industrial environments, the BDD95 features a copper-free aluminium alloy enclosure, yellow RAL 1021 powder-coated finish, stainless-steel exposed fasteners and a toughened-glass cover rated for 4J impact. The enclosure provides IP66 ingress protection and is rated for ambient temperatures from -40°C to +55°C.
